Arctic Sea ice 2019

The video from NASA’s Goddard Space Center shows this year’s course of sea ice expansion in the Arctic. At 4.15 million square kilometers, 18 September 2019 was the second lowest since records began in 1979. Only 2012 was an even worse ice year in the Arctic.
